Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Due to recent tariff changes, all orders shipping to the United States are subject to an additional fee, which will be added at checkout.

If this fee is not applied during checkout for any reason, our team will contact you directly. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if the required tariff fee is not paid.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
